Planning a conversation

The enquiry brief on this website prepares an email draft on your device. It does not submit the brief to R-Squared or store it on this website. You choose whether to send the email using your email service. Please share only what is needed to discuss your request; do not include passport, payment-card or sensitive guest information.

If you send an email or contact Ronan, the information you provide is used to respond and discuss the arrangements you have requested. Providing an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

Voucher requests

Voucher forms also prepare a draft on your device. Reference numbers, requested values and experience choices are included only in the draft you choose to send. They are not included in our custom analytics. If you purchase or redeem a voucher, Ronan needs contact, payment-reference and transaction records to administer the credit and respond to balance enquiries. These records are not published on this website. Ask Ronan about retention and access when arranging your voucher.

Booking with Calendly

Choosing “Load available times” loads Calendly into the contact page. Until then, the page does not load the Calendly booking widget. You can also open Calendly directly using the booking link. Calendly receives the information you enter there to arrange the call and provide booking confirmations. Its own privacy information and cookie choices apply: Calendly privacy notice.

Website hosting and measurement

Vercel hosts this website. Vercel Web Analytics is used to understand page visits and general actions, such as opening the calendar or choosing a contact option. The site's custom measurement does not include the text of your enquiry, your name, email address or booking details. A confirmed booking event is counted separately from opening the calendar.

Vercel describes Web Analytics as using no analytics cookies. Technical request information is also processed to deliver and protect the website. Read Vercel’s analytics privacy information and Vercel’s privacy notice. Calendly and your email provider have their own arrangements for storage, processing and international transfers.

Questions about your information

You can contact Ronan to ask what information is held about you, how long it is retained, or to request access, correction or deletion. Applicable rights and any records that need to be retained depend on the circumstances. You can also raise a concern with the Irish Data Protection Commission.
